Unlocking operation to prevent accidental locking: 11.1. A second guardian must be set up for the unlocking operation. Without the presence of the second guardian, the operator and guardian are not allowed to operate without authorization. 11.4. After the unlocking operation is completed, the person in charge on duty should immediately record the time, content, and approver of the unlocking in the anti-accidental locking record book, and seal the unlocking key. 11.5. Under the supervision of a guardian, restore the simulation diagram according to the actual situation on site, re-simulate the rehearsal, and operate according to the procedures determined in this section. 6.
