Should posting \"in large quantities\" in the new area be encouraged? First of all, note that it is posting \"in large quantities\"; secondly, should it be encouraged? Everyone knows that protecting the environment is necessary, but saying that pollution should have been addressed right after China’s liberation would be absurd.
