Introduction to the automation process of Qilipu Water Plant. The total design capacity of Qilipu Water Plant of Yuyao City Water Supply Co., Ltd. in Zhejiang Province is 80,000 tons/day. The water treatment process is as follows: The water source of the water plant is taken from Lianghui Reservoir and Siming Lake Reservoir. The reservoir source water is stabilized and distributed through the pressure stabilizing well. It is transported to the water purification plant area to be pre-added with chlorine and vitriol. It is mixed by a tubular static mixer, and then passes through a folding plate reaction tank and a leveling tank. The flow pool enters the gas-water backwash filter, and the filtered clean water flows into the clean pool through the chlorination process. The water in the clean pool flows into the water supply pump room suction well through the outlet pipe, and finally the water supply pump room sends water from the water suction well into the pipe network. The automation of the water production process is mainly to realize automatic control of the dosing and filtration processes in the process, thereby reducing power consumption, chemical consumption and labor costs, reducing labor intensity, increasing economic benefits, and providing an important guarantee for the stable and reliable operation of the water plant and excellent water quality. 3. The specific application examples of some functions of FIX configuration software are as follows:: 1. The high-performance I/O driver in FIX. The I/O driver software reads data from the I/O device and transfers the data to the driver mapping table (DIT) address. Our Qilipu Water Plant Phase I project automation uses two Siemens S7-300PLCs. One is used for filter control. The filter PLC realizes constant water level and constant filter rate filtration control by collecting signals such as filter grid water level and flushing time. The other is used for dosing control. The dosing control PLC realizes the automatic control process of filtration and alum addition by collecting signals such as source water and filtered water flow rate and water quality. The primary or secondary instrument that collects water level sensors or controllers sends the data to the PLC. The FIX software provides an interface with the PLC, reads the collected data from the PLC, and transfers the data to the driver mapping table (DIT). FIX's high-performance I/O driver has many advanced functions.: Automatic communication error detection, signal conditioning, reporting, recovery, support for redundant communication and other functions. These advanced functions ensure the integrity of the collected data and keep the system in a safe and stable environment. FIX database The FIX database can retrieve data from the driver mapping table, process process data (including instructions), compare it with user setting data, and return the output value to the driver mapping table. Historical events can be checked through real-time event retrieval on the central computer, and digital quantities can be calculated, such as the total amount of electricity, unit water transmission power consumption, upper and lower limit value judgment, etc. The data point management of FIX software runs independently of the screen and directly reflects the on-site information. The most important function of the graphical interface application FIX is to provide users with a visual window for process information processing. Graphical process information provided by FIX on the user screen includes: Raw data, alarms, calculated data, variable substrings, point information, trend alarms or variable status. The core of a graphics application is accessing information from a database. To display data directly, graphics applications provide a variety of linking methods. Links can be flexibly selected in a variety of formats and configurations to display system or process data. Operators can also write data to the database using links. At the same time, the data source can not only come from the FIX database, but also from other DDE applications or ODBC databases, and these data transfers can be bidirectional. The historical trend graph in the FIX software can easily store, query and print historical data. The FIX software provides flexible reporting functions. It reads data through DDE, ODBC and other applications and generates reports. The collected historical trends of the data can be displayed intuitively in the historical display screen of FIX. Use Bar graphs and line graphs display historical trend curves and current trend curves. You can select 1 to 8 real-time and historical trend curves in any combination, display them on one screen, and distinguish them with different colors. The time span of the historical trend curve and the current trend curve can be easily selected, and the operator can easily select the start time and end time for curve display. We also perform statistical analysis on historical data. The data in FIX's historical database can be directly output as text files, and the data in the text files can be imported into third-party statistical analysis software. 4. Alarm system FIX provides an alarm system. The alarm system can be used to generate, display, store alarms and information, and send alarms and information to any node on the network. Printers, disk files, alarm summary displays, alarm history windows, and multimedia alarm systems are connected to FIX. , the faults currently existing in the production system of the entire factory are arbitrarily sorted and registered in the database according to the time of fault occurrence, and displayed on the computer. For faults in response to the operator's work, the alarm sound can be blocked by pressing the button. Unresponsive faults will continue to sound and light alarms, and flash in red. 5. Security system The security system includes user-based security systems and system security applications. The user-based security system protects FIX files, important programs, operating displays and recipes, and database modules. System security applications include security configuration and login programs. In the security configuration program, you can set the security of the node to allow/not allowed, create user and group accounts, assign users permissions to use programs and program functions, assign user names and passwords, assign security zone names, etc. In order to protect the database from illegal modifications, FIX uses the concept of security zones. The security zone can be regarded as a group of database modules with the same security level. Up to 254 different security zones can be defined. Once the node is secured, the operator must access the login process and enter a name and password. After logging in, operators can access content within the scope of permissions. FIX can also prevent illegal users from forcibly ejecting the system, changing data and other malicious operations through permission settings, ensuring the reliability and stability of the system. In order to ensure system security, we specify in the configuration software that except for the FIX system administrator, any other authorized user only has viewing rights but no modification rights. 6. Sharing data through the enterprise network. FIX monitoring software has network functions. FIX is based on node management. As long as the connection is maintained physically, it can automatically find network nodes without manual settings. It is the first HMI software based entirely on CLIENT/SERVER and has all the functions of C/S architecture software. The network structure of Qilipu Water Plant adopts an industrial Ethernet architecture. The central control room uses dual servers. If one of them is not working, it will not affect the operation of the entire system, ensuring the stability of the system. There are workstations installed with FIX software in the dosing room, laboratory, water pump room, and director's office. The production status of the entire water plant can be seen at each workstation. Full sharing of network data is achieved.
