In urgent need of corrugated plate heat exchanger standards? This post was last edited by vivo1314 on 2009-4-27 20:02.]
The reasons for problems such as low heat transfer efficiency and high susceptibility to failure in the purified gas water cooler were analyzed. The structural forms of efficient heat exchangers characterized by thin tube sheets, corrugated tubes, bellows, and simple flow guides, along with the design calculations for relevant parameters, were introduced. The operating performance of the heat exchangers was summarized. Keywords: Bellows-type thin tube sheet heat exchanger; water cooler; bellows; thin tube sheet; corrugated tube; under development. Chinese Library Classification Number: TQ051.5 Document Code: A Article Number: 1004-8901(2007)03-0024-03 Generally speaking, heat exchange equipment accounts for more than 40% of the investment in equipment for chemical processing plants, with traditional fixed tube sheet heat exchangers making up the largest proportion. Such heat exchangers suffer from problems such as low heat transfer efficiency, high costs, and susceptibility to failure, which severely affect the energy conservation, cost reduction, and economic efficiency of chemical production plants. Therefore, it has become an urgent task to develop and use new types of efficient heat exchangers to meet the demands of market competition. To meet the need for upgrading air-water coolers, the author led the development and design of a new type of heat exchanger characterized by thin tube sheets, corrugated tubes, bellows, and simple flow guide cylinders
OP, it seems like this standard doesn’t exist; I’ve never seen it before
