At our factory, we currently use a simple oil separator to handle used oil, but this can only deal with some of the floating oil; the treatment effect on emulsified oil is not satisfactory. Do any of you have any good solutions?~~~~
An air flotation unit should also be installed, along with the addition of demulsifiers, to more effectively remove emulsified oil
Refer to water treatment technologies; there’s a lot of useful information available, which can be applied as needed
Air flotation for oil removal is a treatment method that uses highly dispersed tiny bubbles as carriers to attach to pollutants in water, reducing their density so that they rise to the surface along with the bubbles and can be removed. The target of air flotation separation is emulsified oil and hydrophobic fine suspended particles. Generally, sewage that has been degreased by gravity and wastewater that has been filtered must undergo air flotation for oil removal. In the air flotation process, adding flocculants and surfactants to oily wastewater further improves the efficiency of oil separation.
Emulsifiers can be added, and a floating device can be installed to remove the floating oil. Additionally, an oil-water separator can be added: victory:
How much oil is there? If there’s an excess amount of oil, you can turn to a professional oil treatment company; we might be able to work together if there’s a chance
Use a flotation machine and add a demulsifier for good results; for details, please contact Manager Gao from Kaifeng Hongyuan Water Treatment at 13403789439 – the WeChat number is the same
