Recently, our company's 50,000-ton granulated caustic soda plant was successfully put into operation. During the test run, soft connection fires occurred frequently. The specific situation is as follows.: 1. The soft connection material is pure cotton canvas ； 2. There is basically no contact between the soft connection and the alkali particles. ； 3. The soft connection position is: The inlet and outlet of the feeder connected to the outlet of the granulation tower ； 4. Equipment is well grounded ； 5. Material temperature is lower than 180℃ ； 6. The amplitude of the feeder is less than 2mm;7. The temperature of the canvas before catching fire is below 40℃.
