Why can’t I see my own posts?

I use a multi-purpose browser: I first go to the main page, then view new posts, click on a particular topic, and reply. Or open a new page, click on ‘New Post’, close it after posting, return to the new posts page to refresh – but still can’t see the post you just created? Why?
It is recommended that you refresh the page a few more times, or try accessing the page in a different way; this issue is easy to resolve
It might be a browser issue; try using Yaoyou instead
