Our factory uses a two-stage lead electric mist eliminator. The operation of the second-stage electric mist was also normal. Stopping and checking the interior, it was found that there was a small amount of attachments in the lead pipe. After flushing and driving, the problem was not significantly improved. From the lens inspection, no factors such as fog, discharge, extreme shaking, etc. were found inside. This depends on the type of high-voltage DC power supply. If it is a constant current source, it can well explain the above phenomenon.

The low voltage is related to the form of the cathode wire, and many manufacturers do not understand this. For the first-level electrospray, you can choose a cathode wire with a higher current and a lower voltage. For the second-level electrospray, you can use an electrospray with a higher voltage and a smaller current. This has a lot to do with the structural outline of the cathode wire. Another point is that the voltage and current of the cathode wire are very good after installation. However, the voltage and current drop after one stage of use. This is because the cathode wire is not hung well. After one stage of use, eccentricity occurs.
