:Lol SmartPro V3.1.3 version notes: This version is SmartPro V3.1.2 combined with patch SmartProV3.1.2 PATCH 1, and it is a new release issued after improvements were made to address the issue of dead processes occurring on slave devices after installation. Installation method: 1. Close all online and offline programs of SmartPro before proceeding with the installation. 2. In “Installation Target”, delete the already installed target “Hollysys Beijing--Hollysys CoDeSys SP for QNX” and reinstall this target. 3. Use FTP to replace the programs in the “Controller Executable MacrosRTS” directory on the installation disk with those from the “System Software Installation Disk” directory, then disable the power-saving feature of the controller and restart it. Improve offline loading to avoid prolonged communication interruptions after loading. (1). Increase the communication connection timeout to prevent accidental termination of communication connections after downloading. 7. Resolve the I/O module offline alarm that occurs during the switch between master and slave controllers. (1). After the controller switches from backup to operational mode, a 2-second delay is required before checking the offline status of the module. 8. Fix the issue of inaccurate long-duration timing by the HSTIMER function block in the algorithm library macrosctrol.lib. 9. Modify the logic of the sequential control module HSSCS in the algorithm library macrosctrol.lib; add functionality to the algorithm for initializing pulse reset commands for start, stop, and pause, as well as the ability for these start/stop/pause commands to reset other commands on their own rising edges. This is done to prevent incorrect or failed operations of the sequential control module due to command locking. 10. Fix the issue in the memory editor pdr.exe, where selecting the project path fails in some cases. 11. Upgrade and install the target hollysys.tnf. (1). When there is a switch or interruption in the controller network, the system can retain the current value for a certain period of time; if communication remains faulty, the #COM error will occur. The following parameter can be used to modify this retention time: NetHoldTime – the number of seconds during which the current value is retained (default is 10). 6. During the installation process carried out by ConMaker, if no data communication takes place between the engineer station and the controller for more than 30 seconds, the installation will be stopped. 7. If the downloading process is interrupted unexpectedly, resulting in only the memory data being downloaded and the project files not being downloaded, re-connecting will not require a full download; it is sufficient to execute “Generate Startup Project” once again.
