The heat exchanger is fouled (protein scale). I have tried using high-pressure water, but the effect is not very good. It still cannot be cleaned (the pressure has been adjusted to 600 kg, but it still cannot be cleaned). I have tried chemical methods with acids and alkalis, but it does not work. I don’t know if any brother has been exposed to this situation. Can you give me some advice?
It should be possible to use enzyme treatment under alkaline conditions. It is best to soak for a long time and the temperature should be around 30 degrees. It should not be too high or too low.
