Can methanol from Inner Mongolia be transported by rail to the Bohai Bay and then shipped by sea to reach the market?

Inner Mongolia is constructing a large number of methanol production facilities. Due to the limited capacity of domestic railway transport, it may be possible to transport the methanol to the Bohai Bay first and then send it to the target markets by sea. Have the existing methanol plants in Inner Mongolia been brought to the market via sea transport? What type of ships are used for sea transport and what is their capacity? What scale of methanol production is suitable for transportation by sea? If anyone in the know is willing to share, please do; thank you!
