There is little meaning in simply following the instructions. The key is that the lecturers must have a deep understanding and have practical experience, so that the operators can truly meet the requirements of four understandings and three skills.
Experience is indeed important, but one person's rich experience cannot drive the whole factory. It is still necessary for the majority of employees to improve their operational level. Only by reading more books and slowly integrating into actual operations can employees gradually improve. So books should still be more important. Still hope everyone can share.
