■ The HTM type screw mixer mainly consists of driving components, a cylinder body, a cylinder cover, a specially arranged screw shaft, and a discharge valve. This screw mixer is driven by a motor via a reducer to rotate a specially arranged screw shaft; when material is discharged from the center, the outer screws move the material toward the center, while the inner screws push the material toward the end plates. The two streams of material undergo mutual diffusion, convection, shearing, misalignment, and radial movement, thereby achieving uniform mixing of the material in a very short time. Depending on the material properties, continuous helical strips, intermittent helical strips, and paddle-type helical strips can be selected. The three types of helical strips can be arranged in two configurations – center discharge and end discharge – depending on the discharge point. ■ This screw mixer is primarily used for mixing powdered and granular materials in industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, pesticides, plastics, pigments, cosmetics, and feed additives. ■ ■ 1. It features a transmission gearbox specially designed by our factory, which is compact in structure, provides precise transmission, has a long service life, low noise levels, and is extremely easy to install. 2. Welding the cylinder enhances overall rigidity, prevents leaks, reduces areas prone to hygiene issues, and gives it an attractive appearance. 3. Connect the spindle using segmented flanges to ensure the desired machining precision of the spindle. 4. Built-in machinery and double-ringed packing ensure zero leakage.
