The large gear rings and slide ball bearings used in our current Φ2600mm gas generation furnaces sometimes need to be replaced within less than a year, while the furnace grates can last for 2 years; the closed-drive system starts leaking after just half a year. I would like to ask everyone, how long can yours be used before it needs to be replaced?
For our 3-meter U.G.I gas stoves, the regular maintenance interval is generally 2 years for batch-type stoves; The service life of the oxygen-enriched furnace is 1 year. Slide way balls and grate bars generally last for two major maintenance cycles ; Some large gear rings have one cycle, but there are those that have been used for two cycles. Based on the information you provided: the main reasons are excessive temperature under the furnace, issues with the material of the spare parts, or high corrosivity of the circulating water used
The large gear rings, grates, and closed-drive assemblies of gas generation furnaces typically last 2 to 3 years. However, through thorough research, our company has implemented technical upgrades that involve replacing them with suspended large gear rings; these gear rings hang at the bottom of the gas generation furnace, thereby being protected from corrosion caused by high temperatures and steam, and their lifespan is 3 to 5 years. This approach offers good economic benefits, so we hope everyone will take note of this innovation when carrying out technical upgrades! ! !
