Calculation of methanation

I need to design a methanation process soon; could someone advise me on what to pay attention to?
First, the proportion of CO+CO2 (in vol%) in the feed mixture must not exceed 0.7%. Second, it is important to ensure that the reaction temperature does not exceed the maximum temperature tolerance of the catalyst. Third, one needs to decide whether nitrogen should be added before or after the reaction process (I assume it’s for ammonia synthesis). We lack funds; please help us out
