What are the precautions and positions for catalytic cracking winter parking?
Mainly pay attention to antifreeze in winter, especially water-related equipment and pipelines. Other precautions should be the same as in other seasons: 1. Drain the media in pipelines, equipment, and pumps. 2. Open the valve, blow dry with nitrogen and maintain pressure. 3. Also pay attention to the thermal expansion and contraction of some equipment. 4. Be careful that the safety valve freezes to death while driving. Can't open. 5. Depending on your site, you should also pay attention to anti-freeze in some blind spots. 6. If steam and all kinds of water are not stopped, the end must be vented. If there is no vent, you can unscrew the flange or unscrew the pressure gauge to vent. 7. The condensation drain at each low point must be opened and checked to see if it is smooth. Check it from time to time in the future. If there is no venting and condensation point at the low point, the nearest flange must be untied to drain the water cleanly. 8. If the parking time is short, it is best not to stop the circulating water system. This post was last edited by Haichuan Coal Chemical Industry on 2008-1-15 21:10 ]
For catalysis: 1. Establish an open circuit circulation of the raw material and oil slurry system, and maintain the heating furnace at 180 degrees ; 2. The steam of the two vessels is vented at the end of the vessel wall to prevent water accumulation. ; 3. Boiler feed water can enter the boiler and be discharged from below. There is no salt water line to prevent freezing. ; 4. The air compressor steam continues to warm up the machine ; 5. Add salt-free water into the softened water tank, which can continue to absorb and stably deliver water for washing, and can prevent freezing of sulfur-containing sewage lines. 6. Pay attention to the crude gasoline line and top return flow, and dehydrate the low points. 7. The heating system is checked and put into normal operation. There should be no other antifreeze points that should be paid special attention to.
1. Temporary parking: Keep the heavy oil circulating, vent the steam end, and open the cooler circulating water crossover valve to keep the circulating water flowing. 2. Normal parking: 1) Clean the system line. After cleaning, open the low point to vent and let out the water. If there is no venting at the low point, you must open the nearest flange to let out the water. 2) Stop the steam, circulating water, and non-purified air lines from the supply point, vent the low points, and drain out the stored water. If there is no venting at the low points, you must untie the nearest flange to drain out the stored water. If it is not clean, use purifying air (preferably nitrogen) to sweep it away.
