When welding pipelines, the welding area should be protected from severe weather. When the ambient temperature is low, appropriate measures (such as preheating, warming, and heating) should be taken to ensure sufficient temperature required for welding. The welding rod should be dried and placed in an insulation barrel. When welding outdoors, if the wind force is greater than Level 4, a windproof barrier should be installed, and a rain shelter should be installed in rainy and snowy days.
