Points are deducted depending on whether it is malicious; sometimes, to ease the atmosphere, a reply is sent asking why so many points were deducted ? ? ? For example, the work summary I sent out – it’s about the current trends in the oil industry!
At the current stage, the number of points deducted on the forum is still relatively low; management focuses mainly on organizing things, and posts that are not moved back to the appropriate category are generally moved to the feedback section. There are only a few cases where points are deducted. I think that if everyone takes a few minutes to learn the forum’s rules when participating in it, such issues can be avoided. The main purpose of the regulations is to standardize practices in order to facilitate others as well as oneself.
