Our factory uses cast iron pipes with ceramic linings; the manufacturer seems to be based in Shandong. I’ll check that for you! Generally, the areas where bends are present are the most prone to wear and tear. Therefore, our factory has changed the pipes at those bend locations from those welded together to pipes connected using flanges; the sections are joined together with flanges. When the pipes become worn out, they can be replaced directly, which takes only about 1 hour. This approach prevents severe fluctuations in the graywater system, as well as eliminating the need for extensive welding work by maintenance personnel
Wear-resistant pipes should be made of cast stone; even better is silicon carbide material.
