Inspection and supervision of imported pressure vessels

Recently, several imported pressure vessels arrived; during the hydrostatic testing, officials from the boiler inspection agency went abroad to conduct inspections on site. Now, many more people from that agency have come to the site to carry out thickness measurements, surface flaw detection, and other tasks. Generally, domestic pressure vessels do not have this requirement; why do foreign pressure vessels need it? Surely someone has encountered a similar situation; is it the same for everyone? What’s the situation with the fees charged by the boiler inspection agency?
I’m not sure about the costs; imported equipment isn’t subject to manufacturing supervision. So once it arrives at the factory, if you want to carry out registration or on-site welding, they need to come and conduct inspections. In most cases, however, welding is done on-site, and for imported pressure vessels here, no one comes to inspect them either – it’s sufficient to provide the necessary documents for registration
Domestic ones are also needed; they have both thickness measurement and flaw detection functions
