Requirements for the three-column layout

Help: Does anyone know the layout requirements for the three articles, such as font size and paragraph spacing?
I decide it myself; as long as it looks good, there are no specific requirements. I use Song typeface, size 4, with a line spacing of 1.5 times the font size
