Grade 3 grading issues?

My grade is third grade. According to the scoring criteria: 2. Scoring standards (updated regularly, based on the score an individual can assign to others); version from December 8, 2007 (higher grades allow for higher scores). Grade A: Wealth that can be evaluated (per 24 hours), Charm that can be evaluated (per 24 hours). New students who have not reported their status: 0. First graders at Haichuan Primary School: 0. 5 w4 J7 o” S” `7. Second graders at Haichuan Primary School: 5 (maximum of +1 per evaluation). Third graders at Haichuan Primary School: 10 (maximum of +2 per evaluation). My daily scoring limit should be 10 points. After using up 5 points while evaluating second graders yesterday, I moved up to third grade and still have 5 points left, which will be used up by the end of the day! I logged in to rate today and found that the rating limit is only 4 points. Why is that?
This should calculate the number of ratings within the last 24 hours! For example: if you rated 6 points last night, you can only rate 4 points until tonight! Note: This is just my understanding; it may not be correct! I also need to ask the moderators or administrators!
I sometimes encounter such problems too and can’t figure them out
The problem is I only gave it 5 stars yesterday! So it can’t be that reason!
It doesn’t matter; it’s a mistake on the part of the system’s statistics. Once you use up your 5 points, you can exit the forum and then re-enter it – at that point you’ll be able to rate again. I encounter this situation often, and it usually doesn’t prevent rating
