The current drying process is to first dry it in a hot air circulation oven at a temperature of 90-100 degrees to remove most of the water, then crush it, and then dry it in a glass-lined double cone oven to obtain the product. The current problem is that because the first drying material is relatively acidic, the hot air circulation oven is severely corroded and is usually damaged in about 5 months. please * * Could you please help me and provide some good drying equipment for this problem (pictures and manufacturer’s website are best). How about neutralizing it first? Or change the device material
Before drying, you can use filter press equipment to remove most of the liquid, and then dry it to completely remove the moisture.
It is better to use a centrifuge to separate most of the liquid in the material first, and then dry it. Your process is very similar to our polyacetal process. This kind of process is provided by foreign patent suppliers.
Your problem is mainly that you have chosen the wrong material for your hot air circulation oven. The inner box, air duct, fan blades, as well as drying racks and baking trays must be made of 316 (or preferably 316L) stainless steel. Even if an oven is made entirely of 316 materials, it will be one to one and a half times more expensive. The lifespan is at least 3 years. From the perspective of service life, it is cost-effective to use appropriate materials. Secondly, as the brother above said, compress the slurry first to reduce the humidity, which can also extend the service life of the equipment.
Solution: 1. Change the material of the oven and choose 316 (or 316L); 2. Because the temperature is very low, the inner wall of the oven can also be lined with acid-resistant non-metallic materials; 3. Filtering first and then drying only reduces the moisture of the material, but the above anti-corrosion measures must be adopted.

316L doesn’t seem to work! Chloride ions in the medium will cause serious corrosion to 316L. It is better to line it with non-metallic materials!
