The pipe diameter is calculated based on the average daily loading volume and the number of loading bays, just check the specification; measure the liquid level, whether it is the liquid level of the tank or the liquid level of the tanker. Choose radar or light guide for the liquid level of the tank, and weigh the liquid level of the tanker with a floor scale; the height of the car is checked according to the selected model; the model of the car determines the number of corresponding liquid inlets; the flow meter is selected according to the flow range and measurement accuracy requirements. If there is a floor scale, a vortex street will be fine. If there is no floor scale, use a mass flow meter.
Liquid level measurement refers to the liquid level of the tanker. How to measure the liquid level when there is no ground scale at the loading station? Can a differential pressure level gauge be used to measure the liquid level of the tank? How accurate is it? Overflow loading requires the use of hoses, and there is no loading crane. During manual operation, we do not know the feasibility of Dn100 hose operation, that is, whether the pipe is too heavy after being filled with liquid. In addition, how big is the largest hose, and we want to use rubber hoses.
