To calculate the UA of the reboiler at the bottom of the tower, it is necessary to go to the tower sub-process page. Before performing the calculation, the algorithm needs to be changed to the modified HYSIM I/Q method. How can this be done? Thank you···
Defined as a beginner, open the tower design interface and go to the Parameters » Solver page; change the Solving Method to Modified Hysim inside-Out side. Only this algorithm and the Sparse algorithm support the addition or removal of modules in the internal environment.

Regarding this, once you add the heat exchanger to the sub-process and set your parameters to make the process converge, go to the reboiler’s property page > Design > Parameters, and you will be able to see the UA value calculated by HYSYS for you.
