Fertilizer production process: Originally, Texaco gasification used residue oil as raw material; currently, two gasifiers use residue oil as feedstock, while one gasifier uses natural gas. Under normal conditions, two of these gasifiers are in operation; Subsequently, there was carbon black washing and recovery, three stages of sulfur resistance modification, low-temperature methanol washing, and liquid nitrogen washing. The synthesis process originally used the Topsoe S100 series, but it was later modified ; Currently, upgrades are being carried out to convert the feed oil to gas and to increase capacity by 150%; the feed material has been changed to natural gas, with three gasification units in operation. Carbon black recovery has been discontinued. A parallel series is in place, comprising two stages of shift reaction, MDEA decarburization, and methanation, with these processes combining into two synthesis streams. A new synthesis tower has been connected in series behind the old one, and an ammonia recovery system has been added. Two-stage fertilizer production: Brown process: primary conversion + secondary conversion + high/low temperature shift + MDEA decarburization + methanation + deep cryogenic purification + three-tower series combination process + flare gas recovery
