What you want is patented or proprietary, so it is probably difficult to achieve. Of course, I hope someone can provide it.
The issue of the size of the slag discharge port should not involve patents, right? For example, the minimum inner diameter of the 2.8M slag discharge port is mostly 525mm, and the minimum inner diameter of the 3.2M gasifier is mostly 737mm, and some are 838mm. 3.4M multi-nozzle gasifier 800mm, what is the basis for this? The burner of the GE gasifier is basically flush with the inner wall of the refractory material when it is cold. The burner of the four-nozzle gasifier is about 200~240mm away from the inner wall of the fire-facing brick when it is cold.
The inner diameter of the gasifier is large, which requires a large slag port diameter, which is basically proportional to the relationship. Is the slag port diameter related to the slag discharge speed?
