May I ask the administrator, what is the assessment period for real* moderators? Are there any assessment criteria or plans?
Why worry about that? Do you really care about a title?
If a position becomes available, one can apply to the local super moderator after one month to become a full-time member, depending mainly on whether one has done a good job
