The registered capital of the enterprise must be over 10 million yuan, and its net assets must be over 12 million yuan. 4. The highest annual project settlement revenue of the enterprise over the past 3 years must be over 50 million yuan. 5. The enterprise shall have construction machinery and quality inspection equipment suitable for the scope of the contracted projects, and shall have the capability to lift production equipment weighing at least 300 tons in its entirety. Criteria for Level 2 qualification: 1. The enterprise has undertaken more than 2 medium-sized chemical, petroleum, or petrochemical projects over the past 5 years, or equipment and pipeline installation projects for main units with a single contract value of over 15 million yuan, and the quality of these projects has been satisfactory. 2. The enterprise manager must have more than 8 years of experience in engineering management or hold a professional title at the intermediate level or above ； The technical supervisor has over 8 years of experience in engineering construction technology management and holds a senior professional title in this field ； The financial officer holds an accounting title at the intermediate level or above. The enterprise shall have no less than 60 engineering and technical as well as economic management personnel with professional titles, of whom no less than 35 shall be engineering and technical personnel ； Among the engineering and technical personnel, there should be no fewer than 8 individuals with senior professional titles, and no fewer than 10 individuals with intermediate professional titles. The enterprise must have no less than 8 project managers with a secondary qualification or higher. 3. The registered capital of the enterprise must be over 8 million yuan, and its net assets must be over 10 million yuan. 4. The highest annual project settlement revenue of the enterprise over the past 3 years has been over 30 million yuan. 5. The enterprise shall have construction machinery and quality inspection equipment suitable for the scope of the contracted projects, and shall have the capability to lift production equipment weighing at least 100 tons as a whole ； Criteria for Level 3 qualification: 1. The enterprise has undertaken more than 2 small-scale chemical, petroleum, or petrochemical projects over the past 5 years, or equipment and pipeline installation projects for main units with a single contract value of over 5 million yuan, and the quality of these projects has been satisfactory. 2. The enterprise manager must have more than 6 years of experience in engineering management or hold a professional title at the intermediate level or above ； The technical supervisor must have over 6 years of experience in engineering construction technical management and hold an intermediate or higher professional title in this field ； The financial officer holds an accounting title at the junior level or above. The enterprise shall have no less than 30 engineering and technical as well as economic management personnel with professional titles, of whom at least 20 shall be engineering and technical personnel ； Among the engineering and technical personnel, there are no fewer than 10 with intermediate or higher professional titles. The enterprise must have no less than 10 project managers with a qualification level of three or higher. 3. The registered capital of the enterprise must be over 5 million yuan, and its net assets must be over 6 million yuan. 4. The highest annual project settlement revenue of the enterprise over the past 3 years was over 15 million yuan. 5. The enterprise possesses construction machinery and quality inspection equipment suitable for the scope of the contracted projects. Scope of contracted projects: Class I enterprises: capable of undertaking equipment and pipeline installation projects for various chemical, petroleum, and petrochemical facilities. Grade 2 enterprises: Capable of undertaking equipment and pipeline installation projects for medium and small-scale chemical, petroleum, and petrochemical plants, where the value of a single contract does not exceed 5 times the enterprise’s registered capital. Grade 3 enterprises: Capable of undertaking small-scale chemical, petroleum, and petroleum plant equipment and pipeline installation projects, where the value of a single contract does not exceed 5 times the enterprise’s registered capital.
