Our company’s process involves a multi-media filter – disc filter – ultrafiltration – primary RO – secondary RO – EDI. The conductivity of the water produced is 0.05 μS/cm. The disc filters are from Israel, the ultrafiltration membranes are from Coates, the reverse osmosis membranes are from Dow, and the EDI system is from the United States!
There are thousands of different water treatment technologies, and there is no best one; rather, the most suitable technology depends on the specific characteristics of the water quality.
I agree with the opinion above; the water treatment process can only be selected based on the quality of the water.

The most prominent method is probably the full-membrane approach – it’s a new technology that requires high investment, but it may not be the best choice. In the Yangtze River basin, the ion exchange method works well.
I still agree with what was said on the 3rd floor: only the appropriate treatment processes work. Wastewater treatment relies mainly on biological methods; having good activated sludge yields much better results than using so-called advanced equipment. It’s best to cultivate the sludge oneself – as long as it’s suitable, that’s enough

Based on my experience, there is no need to pursue the so-called strongest water treatment process; rather, the most suitable one is the one that takes into account the user’s on-site process requirements, water quality conditions, economic factors, as well as local standards and regulations, and is approved by the customer. The choice is based on water quality; our company uses fresh water to produce desalinated water, and the brine generated is then treated through reverse osmosis. However, the membranes used in these processes are different. What comparability should exist between different processing devices?

There is no strongest, only the most suitable. It depends on what kind of water the poster needs to handle. The recycling system for drinking water in space can be considered top-notch, but the cost of implementing such a system for civilian use is an issue. The question posed by the original poster is a bit hard to understand – there is no single best water treatment process; rather, the most suitable process depends on the quality of the water. The process that can handle wastewater containing specific substances and meet the required standards is the best process available
One more thing to add: it must also be the most economical in terms of economic value, meaning the process that requires the least amount of money. When these two factors are combined, that results in the best outcome
For a certain water quality, the option that offers the best overall cost-effectiveness in terms of treatment is the best choice. There is no perfect solution – only better ones.:lol
