What are the similarities and differences between flange A series and B series of the same specifications? Is it just the receiver model that is different?

The difference between series A and B flanges of the same specification is that there are differences in the outer diameter of the nozzle, the inner diameter of the flange, and the flange neck. That is to say, there is no difference between series A and series B except that they correspond to inch pipes and metric pipes respectively.
The AB series are all related to the pipe. This is caused by the different outer diameters of the pipes.
The relationship between metric pipe and imperial pipe is shown in HG20592-97.
According to HG20592-97, when the flange is equipped with inch pipe, it is series A, and when it is equipped with metric pipe, it is series B. The inner hole diameter and neck size of the two flanges are different. If the flange is not marked, the default flange piping should be metric pipe.
