When storing LPG, the stress corrosion problem of H2S is often considered. Then ask for advice: If the LPG spherical tank needs internal anti-corrosion, what series of anti-corrosion coating should be chosen? Is an anti-static coating still required? General domestic LPG storage tanks do not have internal defense, which means that as long as the LPG is a qualified product, it will not cause serious corrosion due to sulfur content. If you are doing internal defense, you should use anti-static products. Liquefied gas is very afraid of static electricity.
LPG storage tanks require that the hydrogen sulfide in the LPG entering the storage tank should be less than 50 ppm, otherwise it will cause cracking of the storage tank, especially the spherical tank. It can be said that there are heavy lessons learned in this regard.
