Without concrete evidence, I dare not draw a conclusion. Here is my personal opinion: for electric heating, assuming that the heating equipment meets the standard requirements mentioned above. From a safety perspective, its danger level is still quite high. First, electric heating generally involves heating from the outside of the system that needs to be heated (such as a storage tank or pipeline), and the heating process is one in which the electric heating element gradually increases in temperature. When the temperature of the system reaches the operating temperature, due to heat transfer and the fact that the heating elements are insulated with asbestos, the temperature of these heating elements is much higher than that of the system. Even if the power supply to the heating elements is turned off, the system temperature still rises as a result of heat transfer from the heating elements, posing a safety hazard. So, should the power be turned off when the system temperature is slightly lower than the required temperature? I also think it’s not advisable, because by how much should you lower it? It’s difficult to answer; in short, the temperature of an electric heating system is not easy to control. Second, the advantages of steam and heat transfer oil heating: Steam and heat transfer oil are used by enterprises to transfer heat by heating water with boilers or using heat transfer oil at room temperature. Its temperature remains relatively stable, and by adjusting the feed valve, the system temperature can be determined with fairly high accuracy. Far-infrared and microwave heating can be utilized; far-infrared heating is already well-established, with many manufacturers in China producing the corresponding equipment.
