Foam tower dust removal can lead to the accumulation of sludge, and over time this can cause the system to get clogged. Cleaning it requires manual intervention inside the tower. I would like to ask experts for any good routine maintenance methods that can reduce the frequency of cleaning the foam tower and prevent it from clogging easily :handshake
Installing electrostatic precipitators can reduce the burden of purification, decrease the frequency of cleaning the foam tower, and lower wastewater discharge.
The fundamental solution is to improve the dust removal efficiency of the dust removal equipment and reduce the dust content in the furnace gas; using electrostatic dust removal is of course a good option!
