Our company’s evaluations are generally based on the equipment. Each workshop has operating procedures, but the requirements regarding the manufacturing processes are not strict – is it necessary to conduct assessments? How should it be evaluated?
Process parameters are related to production safety and product quality, as well as the operational efficiency of the plant; therefore, strict control is necessary. Process operation parameters are generally classified into three categories: A, B, and C, with different management and evaluation standards established, which are indicated on the process sheet. The technical management department conducts regular inspections of process parameters, with the results compiled as percentages for evaluation at the end of the month. Of course, process parameters change as production methods evolve, which requires the technical management department to strengthen communication with the workshops in order to promptly adjust these parameters when necessary, so that they reflect the actual conditions of operations.
Our company has established strict procedural guidelines for operations, and provides regular training for employees; they must pass examinations before they can take up their posts! Process indicators and the first-pass yield of products are counted on a daily basis, with performance evaluated at the end of the month. Assign responsible persons for the data results from monitoring and analysis; there must be no tolerance!

Assessments are necessary! Operations are not only related to the quality and efficiency of the products, but most importantly, to their safety! In chemical plants, safety comes first above all else. Where assessments exist, training must also be provided! First and foremost, training at the plant level and at the workshop level should be carried out. Assessments can be conducted through standardized training evaluations as well as random spot checks! It’s best to have dedicated personnel for specific tasks
