We are now preparing to install an ion-exchange membrane caustic soda evaporation unit with a concentration of 32–48%, having an annual production capacity of 80,000 tons. In China, the companies primarily used are Alfa Laval from Sweden, Botter from Switzerland, Kimura Kikai from Japan, and Setto from Italy. While Alfa Laval uses plate-type designs, the other three companies use tube-type designs. What are the advantages and disadvantages of each design type? This evaporation process can be carried out in China as well. Get in touch with me – I guarantee you’ll be satisfied. Alfa Laval uses the plate-type design because they are experts in this area. I agree with the opinion from the second floor; however, for domestic installations it’s better to use imported nickel tubes – those from Baoji don’t seem to meet the standards yet...
We use Swiss Bot; we’ve been using it in Phase 1 for several years now and it’s never broken. It’s said to be the best model, as there’s nothing much to do with it. Phase 2 has also been launched, and it’s still Swiss Bot. I need to find the contact information; I forgot where it is.
