How far away should 10KV utility poles be from natural gas dehydration units to be safe?

Ben is inspecting a newly built natural gas station and has found that the high-pressure pipeline supplying the station is less than 5 meters away from the fence, and less than 15 meters away from the natural gas dehydration unit. Is this safe? ? ?

The DL5220-2005T Technical Code for the Design of Overhead Distribution Lines of 10 kV and Below stipulates: 5.0.5......... The fire separation distance between distribution lines and production facilities and warehouses with fire hazards, areas storing flammable and explosive materials, as well as storage tanks for combustible or flammable, explosive liquids (gases) shall not be less than 1.5 times the height of the utility poles.
