Many people in the storage and transportation industry want to get promoted or change jobs. But to achieve this, they need to have something that others value, or something that makes them better than their peers – that is, a core competitive advantage. What do you think constitutes a skill that is a core competitive advantage? Storage and transportation knowledge? English? Or something else?
There are indeed many people who say such things, often neglecting to examine themselves. Think about it: many of the disappointments in real life are caused by ourselves, and the reasons are most likely to lie within us rather than being due to external factors.
Core competitiveness, in my opinion, refers to one’s own capabilities and the ability to build relationships – something that everyone should be aware of. English is important, Russian is important too. How far I can go in terms of my relationships and my abilities depends on whether I can speak and also act – it’s not as important as having connections.
Good interpersonal relationships + good professional skills = victory:
Skills are divided into two types: communication and technical proficiency. If one has both, there will be no problems anywhere.
I think luck is also important. Human plans cannot match divine will. It’s better to stay calm as usual
Storage and transportation are part of logistics; by expanding one’s knowledge and making use of various connections, progress can be made more quickly.

Core competitiveness is considered from several aspects: professional knowledge, professional skills, learning ability, and communication skills – these are the main factors. Professional knowledge and skills represent an affirmation of one’s work; the ability to learn is the capacity to acquire new things and knowledge, while communication skills refer to the ability to interact with others ； Another thing is to pass on your professional knowledge to those who come after you; even if you are no longer in this position, there will be others who can handle the tasks, allowing company management to feel confident enough to promote you.
