Questions regarding whether the materials sent over may violate copyright laws

We have a lot of materials that technology vendors are prohibited from making available to the public, and forums should be included as well. For example, at the bottom of the general operating procedures there is a notice stating: This information is confidential. Do not disclose it to others, copy it, or use it for any purpose unless you have CCC’s written permission. Based on this, it is not appropriate to post it on forums. Could experts please tell me whether it is right to share this information under various useful circumstances?
