Our company’s two-in-one hydrogen chloride synthesis system generates by-product steam, and it offers significant energy savings compared to traditional hot water boilers. The by-product steam is routed through separate pipelines and integrated into the main steam network. However, it has been observed that its moisture content is relatively high. Do any of the experts in thermal engineering have any good suggestions? Thank you very much.

Slightly reduce the level of the waste boiler liquid within the normal control range and maintain stable liquid levels. 2. Close the steam valve slightly to increase the pressure in the waste boiler. 3. Take the opportunity during maintenance to check whether there are any issues with the demister. 4. If possible, increase the temperature of the water supplied. 5. If the problems persist despite implementing these measures, considering modifying the waste boiler may be an option. I have another suggestion: the steam produced by the synthesis furnace must pass through a flash tank before being integrated into the pipeline network, and the liquid level in the flash tank needs to be carefully controlled, otherwise the water content will be too high.
