Let’s all talk about the equipment we work with and the volume of processing involved, to see if the people here at Haichuan can build China’s most comprehensive petrochemical plant
Let me explain: I work in hydrogenation; I am involved in medium-pressure hydrogenation, as well as in the hydrogenation of lubricating oils, and I have also worked on gasoline hydrogenation
I work in the catalytic cracking workshop.
I have been working in the factory for two and a half years. The units I have worked on include: a vacuum distillation unit with a capacity of 1 million tons per year, a gas fractionation unit with a capacity of 80,000 tons per year, and a non-hydrogenated gasoline upgrading unit with a capacity of 70,000 tons per year. Now I am working at the new facility to set up new units, and the units under my responsibility there are the delayed coking unit and the vacuum distillation unit. I have quite a bit of experience, right? :lol :lol :victory: :victory:
I worked at a Sinopec refinery for six years, handling lubricant hydrogenation as well as medium-pressure diesel hydrogenation
5 years for gasoline and diesel hydrogenation, 1 year for catalysis
CHEMCHINA. 8 years in oil storage and transportation. The atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit: 6 years, from 100,000 tons to 300,000 tons to 1.2 million tons. This post was last edited by yinyueming on 2008-1-19 11:02.]
1.2 million tons of atmospheric and vacuum distillation – it’s been almost a year already!
Currently, we are carrying out C9 hydrogenation at 10W; we will soon start tar hydrogenation, also at 10W.
I work in chemical process design; it’s a technical field! ! It’s only been six months
I have been handling 3 million tons of vacuum distillation per year, and 1.4 million tons of heavy oil catalysis for 7 years until now
The project for producing *** toluene from nitrotoluene spans 2 years; everyone here is in the oil and petrochemical industry, right?
I admire all of you, experts in this field~~~~ You’re amazing. I’ve been working with chemical processing equipment for 3 years. The last edit to this post was made by Qi Tianyu on 2008-1-21 at 14:56.]
My unit is for dry gas, LPG desulfurization, and gasoline desulfurization. A production facility with an annual capacity of 600,000 tons for gas separation and 200,000 tons for MTBE was put into operation; I started contributing to its development from the stage of thorough inspections and adjustments, and now, two years later, the facility is operating normally
I’m currently working at a private research institute on the design of catalytic cracking and hydrogen production via hydrogenation processes; please give me your support in the future
I work in air separation; I’ve been in this field for four years now: lol
A small hydrogen production facility (1500) is under construction; 12 years of experience in chemical engineering projects
I’m a newcomer to the field of dry gas processing; I’ve worked on the hydrogenation of gasoline and diesel, and I’ve also studied the production of hydrogen from dry gas. This post was last edited by Liu Jingguo on 2008-1-27 at 09:43.]
Catalytic cracking newcomer – I can do the outdoor tasks for you
Urgent again: 140W for 3 years; catalytic reforming for 30W for 2 years, hehe
