Now many newcomers on the forum are complaining that the upgrades are slow, there’s not enough wealth, and it’s not enough to download! Actually, this is certain – as newcomers, many people don’t know much about the chemical industry. They have no materials to upload, and their knowledge is limited, so the only ways to earn points are through two methods: receiving red envelopes and answering questions for prizes. I’m also a newcomer; I registered in September. I don’t have any materials to upload and my knowledge is limited as well, so I didn’t start participating actively in the forum activities until December 3rd, when I earned my first amount of money. It’s mainly through red envelopes and quizzes; for the third prize-winning quiz held last time, it was quite simple, but I spent three whole hours searching online just to find the answer. Sweat! It’s not easy to make some money! Replies also bring in some wealth, not much, mainly because I know too little, and there are too few people willing to give ratings; as a result, the amount earned is limited. Therefore, I suggest that we all use the ratings we have at our disposal. Especially for the younger grades, it is precisely because we know so little that we need everyone’s encouragement; participating is an act of courage! Speak boldly about your feelings; in this virtual world, is there still any need to be afraid of making mistakes or of someone laughing at you? For a better reality, type on the keyboard, speak out your thoughts, and contribute what you have. Only through collective support and joint efforts can we attain the wealth that everyone needs. Open the door to learning, and move toward a better reality. Right now, I’m striving to reach the fifth grade, in order to obtain the 2006 edition of the **Compendium of Technical Standards and Specifications for Environmental Protection**, hoping to achieve my goal! Sometimes, even when you have the necessary materials at hand, you’re unable to convert them into electronic form, or your computer skills are not good enough to allow you to share them with others, which is quite frustrating. All you can do is wait for someone to ask for help and then use the materials you have to assist them. There are various ways in which one can participate; the most important thing is to be active in doing so. Sometimes, it’s also nice to offer sincere praise for the useful things that others provide!
The key to upgrading lies in one’s mindset; the more anxious one is about upgrading, the harder it seems. By participating earnestly, before you know it, you will reach a certain level!
