If the volatile content is a bit higher, 1.4 is quite normal.
The proportion of compacted gas coal that can be used can exceed 40%; isn’t 1.4 too low?
First, check whether the production volume of your chemical products is high; matter is conserved. The high coal-coke ratio is due, in part, to the high volatiles content in the coal; another reason is incorrect statistics regarding the amount of coal fed into the furnace and the amount of coke produced. In current coking production, many figures are estimates, so the deviations are quite large. The key lies in the intensity of coking; high volatile matter generally leads to a decrease in mechanical strength due to coking, unless high-viscosity coal is used.
1:1.3~1.4 is quite normal, and it is closely related to the composition of the coal blend
