How can bagged sulfur be made more convenient?

We have received a large batch of bagged sulfur here; the bags have an opening at the top but none at the bottom. We created a special tool for unloading the sulfur, but its efficiency is low – it requires a lot of manual labor and takes a long time. Does anyone have a better method?
I wonder if the bag should be opened destructively or protectively? If it’s done through protective demolition, the speed will be slower.
