(1) North China region (mainly Shanxi province): 1. Datong Coal Mine: With an annual production of over ten million tons, it is a low-caking coal; its main varieties are lump coal and pulverized coal. The quality of this coal is good, making it suitable for use in kilns and boilers. 2. Quankuang: It belongs to anthracite, with the main varieties being lump coal and pulverized coal. It is suitable for industrial use in producing lime, drying grains, and generating gas, and can also be used as a raw material for domestic briquettes. 3. Fenxi Coal Mine: It belongs to the category of primary coking coal; its main product is washed coking coal, which is suitable for use in industries such as steel manufacturing and gas production. 4. Local mines in Shanxi: These are coal with weak cohesion; the main product is raw coal, which is suitable as fuel for boilers in various industries. The quality of raw coal is good, with a lumpy content of 30%–40%. In addition, various companies have screening equipment available for processing; the coal produced in this way can be sold in lump form. The particles and fines can be used to formulate blended coal, which facilitates sales. 2. Northwest Region: a) Wuda Coal Mine: It belongs to the category of coking coal; its main products are raw coal and blended coal, which are suitable for use in boilers. b) Haibowan Mine: It belongs to coking coal, with the main product being washed coking coal, suitable for use in the steel industry. c) Baotou coal: It belongs to bituminous coal; its main forms are lumps and mixed coal, and it is suitable as fuel for boilers in various industries. 3. Northeast Region: Among them, the centrally allocated minerals in Liaoning Province include: (1) Fushun Mineral Bureau: These are bituminous coal and long-flame coal; the varieties include washed clean coal, washed large and medium-sized coal pieces, washed small mixed coal pieces, washed fines, washed powder, and raw coal. Suitable for coal used in various kilns and boilers. (2) Fuxin Mineral Bureau: It belongs to long-flame coal, and its varieties include washed medium lumps, washed pellets, washed powder, washed dust, and raw coal. Suitable for coal used in kilns and boilers. (3) Beipiao Mineral Bureau: It belongs to fat coking coal, and its variety is washed refined coal. Suitable for coal used in steelmaking and gas production. (4) Shenyang Mineral Bureau: Includes fertilizing coals, anthracite, and lignite. Shenyang is surrounded by various coal mines operated by the Shenyang Mineral Bureau; the types of coal produced there are hardly suitable for use in the city’s industrial and agricultural activities or for people’s daily needs. In Shenbei, there are four mines: Qingshui Mine, Daqiao Mine, Puhé Mine, and Qiantun Mine, and all of these mines produce lignite. Due to the conditions of the market economy, pricing based on quality makes it difficult to sell. Those of poor quality, such as Daqiao and Qingshui Mine, were shut down and ceased production as early as 1994. Shenan has the Linsheng coal mine and the Hongling coal mine; both are types of coking coal. In principle, they are processed through washing to become washed coking coal, which is used for steelmaking and gas production. The raw coal and by-products can be burned on their own or used in mixed coal blends. Within the territory of Liaoyang, there is also the Xima Mine, which produces anthracite; bituminous coal, which is suitable for use in cement, lime, and domestic briquettes. Minerals such as Caitun Coal and Niuxin Coal mined in Benxi belong to anthracite and lean coal. During the planned economy era, over 1 million tons of coal were allocated to our city. Thanks to this planned allocation, market coal prices were relatively low. There were three types of briquetted coal, two of which were produced by the Shenyang Mineral Bureau. (5) Nanpiao Mineral Bureau: It belongs to long-flame coal, and its varieties include lump coal, mixed coal, and raw coal. (6) Tiefa Mineral Bureau: It belongs to long-flame coal, and its varieties include washed medium lumps, mixed lumps, washed grains, washed powder, and raw coal. There are Dalong Mine, Daming No.1 Mine, Xiaoming No.1 Mine, Daxing Mine, Xiaonan Mine, Xiaoqing Mine, Xiaokang Mine, and others. All the mines under the Tiefa Mineral Bureau are of the new type, with annual production increasing year by year; it is a mineral bureau capable of reaching production levels in the tens of millions of tons. Its coal quality and calorific value are around 4,000 kcal; compared to the long-flame coal produced by the Fushun and Fuxin Mineral Bureaus, there is a significant difference in their calorific values. The coal quality from Tiefa is suitable for use in power plants and boilers. Tiefa is located just over 100 kilometers from Shenyang, so it’s quite close; both railway and road transportation are feasible. Considering factors such as coal varieties, quality, and price, as well as the needs of industrial and agricultural production and household use in our city, increasing the sales of Tiefa coal is highly beneficial both for the profitability of our company and for societal benefits. Among them: Jilin Province area: (1) Tonghua Mineral Bureau: Produces coking coal; its main variety is washed coking coal, which is suitable for use in industries such as steelmaking and gas production. (2) Liaoyuan Mineral Bureau: It pertains to bituminous and coking coal, with varieties including lump, powder, and raw coal. Among them: Heilongjiang Province area: (1) Hegang Mineral Bureau: It belongs to bituminous coal, and its main varieties include washed coking coal, washed lumps, mixed coal, and raw coal. The main mines include Junde Mine, Lingbei Open-pit Mine, Nanshan Mine, Xingan Mine, Fuli Mine, Daliu Mine, Xingshan Mine, etc. Suitable for steelmaking, gas production, and coal used in boilers across various industries. (2) Shuangyashan Mineral Bureau: It includes bituminous coal, lean coal, and weakly caking coal. Its varieties include washed coking coal, lump coal, mixed coal, and raw coal. The main mines are Lingdong Mine, Lingxi Mine, Sifangtai Mine, Baoshan Mine, Qixing Mine, Jixian Mine, Shuangyang Mine, Xinan Mine, Dongbaowei Mine, etc. Suitable for steelmaking, gas production, and coal used in various boilers. (3) Qitaihe Mineral Bureau: belongs to gas and coking coal. The main varieties include washed coking coal, lump coal, blended coal, and raw coal. The main mines include Xinjian Mine, Xinxing Mine, Xinli Mine, Taoshan Mine, Dongfeng Mine, and Fuqiang Vertical Shaft Mine; their coal is suitable for use in power plants, steel production, gas production, and boilers. This mine mainly produces coking coal, which makes it difficult to burn on its own. (4) Jixi Mineral Bureau: belongs to gas and coking coal. The main varieties include washed coking coal, lump coal, mixed coal, raw coal, etc. The main mines include Hengshan Mine, Xiaohengshan Mine, Didao Mine, Mashan Mine, Chengzihé Mine, Muling Mine, Erdaohezi Mine, Zhengyang Mine, Dadaogou Mine, Zhangxin Mine, Donghai Mine, Pinggang Mine, Xinghua Mine, and others.
