Installation method of fiber demister

Domestically designed fiber demisters are generally installed vertically on the grating, whereas the fiber demisters in MECS’ heat recovery towers are hung upside down from the grating. Installing or replacing them can be rather troublesome. I’m interested in everyone’s opinions on this installation method – please share your views!
Personally, I think it is designed based on the amount of acid to be removed; the upper-type is easy to disassemble, while the lower-type has the advantage of facilitating acid removal.
The upright configuration requires more installation space, while the inverted (standing) configuration needs less space, allowing the corresponding tower height to be reduced.
