Over this period of time, I personally think that a forum moderator should be someone who: 1. Is enthusiastic; 2. Is knowledgeable (able to answer questions that other active members of the forum are unable to address within a certain time frame); 3. Has the time and means to be online regularly; 4. Is good at raising questions so as to keep the forum lively; 5. Has extensive social connections in related industries or fields within the forum, and is able to persuade others to join; 6. Likes to praise others and give them rewards

They should be eager to learn, apply what they learn, and possess genuine expertise; they must be truly learned individuals.
