Why are some pressure vessels subjected to nitrogen purging after being manufactured? How to replace it? Are there any indicator requirements?
I don’t understand; the replacement process mentioned usually refers to one that is harmful to the internal medium, and it’s carried out before maintenance. After manufacturing is complete, nitrogen filling might be used for protection! If the device is not in use
After manufacturing, it is generally protected with nitrogen to prevent oxidation and rusting. If the device is shut down for maintenance, oxygen needs to be replaced, as the system cannot contain oxygen; the relevant parameter for this is usually O2
It’s not necessary; generally, nitrogen padding is used during manufacturing and delivery to the client, and it is applied to equipment with high requirements.
Containers holding flammable and explosive materials must be purged after manufacturing, and nitrogen filling serves not only as a protective measure but also, in most cases, because the containers hold such materials, it is required that the oxygen content be no more than 3%.
