How to prevent and deal with frost formation on chlorine gas cylinders in winter?

500KG chlorine gas cylinders are placed outdoors; it’s not a big issue when the temperature is high. But in winter, when the temperature is low, frosting tends to occur (especially on the outlet nozzle), which is quite troublesome! We’ve tried connecting steam hoses on-site, but the result isn’t very good. Do any of you have any suggestions?
Store the gas cylinders together in a wooden box; simple insulation will suffice, or they can be stored in an iron box or exhaust gas container, with steam used for insulation
