The pipeline behind the waste heat boiler of the acid gas combustion furnace is modified, a pipeline is added, and a chimney of about 10 meters is set up for switching when the oven is started. Because I haven’t seen the process introduction, my understanding is that: Since the lining of the waste heat boiler of the acid gas combustion furnace requires an oven, but under normal operation conditions, the temperature of the flue gas passing through the waste heat boiler has dropped to insufficient to reach the oven temperature, so an oven is required for the first start-up. There is nothing wrong with adding some temporary measures.: The outlet pipeline and chimney need to be anti-scalding and insulated or take other safety measures.
A pipeline can be connected to the exhaust gas incinerator at the outlet of the waste heat boiler for starting the oven.
